Can I send more photographs than will actually be used in my video? Sure. We can help you with your elimination process if it becomes too overwhelming for you. Just make sure you note which photographs are must haves and which ones are dispensable.
Do I have to put my photographs on a CD before I send in my order? No. Professional scanning of your photographs is included in your package price. You may send your photographs to us either as loose prints (as long as they are on professional photo paper) or on a digital CD.
Do you digitally enhance or restore faded or messed up photographs? No. At this time, that is not a service we provide.
Do I provide my own music? It is up to you. If you have a CD/MP3 with your choice of songs on it, then please send it. If you do not have one or more of the songs that you are wanting for your video, then let us know and we will try to find it for you.
Will the DVD play on my player? While our finished DVDs will play on most players, we cannot guarantee it will play on yours as all electronics vary. We do test them on 3 or more different brands of players prior to shipping the final product back to you, however, that still does not give any guarantees. It is ultimately your responsibility to make sure which DVD you should purchase and if it will work on your player. We offer the choice of DVD-R or DVD+R on our order form.
